Apple mail pop server settings
Here are the POP server settings for Apple Mail:
Incoming Mail Server (POP):
- Host Name: pop.gmail.com (if you're using Gmail) or pop.yourmailprovider.com (if you're using a different email provider)
- Port: 995
- Username: Your full email address (e.g. [yourname]@gmail.com)
- Password: Your email account password
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
- Host Name: smtp.gmail.com (if you're using Gmail) or smtp.yourmailprovider.com (if you're using a different email provider)
- Port: 587
- Username: Your full email address (e.g. [yourname]@gmail.com)
- Password: Your email account password
Settings:
- Authentication: Password
- Use SSL: Yes
- Use Authentication: Yes
Notes:
- If you're using Gmail, you may need to enable IMAP or POP access in your Gmail settings. To do this, go to your Gmail account settings, click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab, and select "Enable IMAP" or "Enable POP".
- If you're using a different email provider, you may need to check their settings to see if they require any specific settings or authentication methods.

To set up Apple Mail using these settings:
