Apple mail profile picture

To set a profile picture in Apple Mail on a Mac:

1. Open Apple Mail and click on "Mail" in the top menu bar.
2. Select "Preferences" from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the "General" tab.
4. Click on the "Edit" button next to "Default Profile Picture".
5. Select a picture from your computer or take a new one using your Mac's camera.
6. Crop the picture to the desired size and aspect ratio.
7. Click "Open" to set the picture as your profile picture.

Alternatively, you can also set a profile picture in Apple Mail on a Mac by:

1. Opening Apple Mail and clicking on "File" in the top menu bar.
2. Selecting "Set Default Profile Picture" from the drop-down menu.
3. Following the same steps as above to select and set the profile picture.

Note: The profile picture will be used as your default picture in Apple Mail, but it will not be displayed in the recipient's email client.
