Apple mail scheduled send

The convenience of scheduled sending in Apple Mail!

To schedule a send in Apple Mail, follow these steps:

  1. Compose your email as you normally would.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top right corner of the window.
  3. Instead of clicking "Send" immediately, click on the "Schedule" button next to it.
  4. A calendar will appear, allowing you to choose a specific date and time to send the email.
  5. Select the desired date and time from the calendar.
  6. Click "Schedule" to confirm.

The email will be sent at the scheduled time, even if you're not actively using your Mac or iPhone. You can also cancel or edit the scheduled send at any time by going to the "Scheduled" tab in the Mail app.

Note that scheduled sends are only available in Apple Mail on Mac and iPhone, and not on iPad or other devices. Additionally, scheduled sends are only available for emails that are sent using the Apple Mail app, and not for emails sent using other email clients or services.
