Apple mail send later

The convenience of sending emails later!

In Apple Mail, you can schedule an email to be sent at a later time using the "Send Later" feature. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the "Send Later" button

  1. Compose your email as usual.
  2. Click on the "Send" button in the top-right corner of the window.
  3. Instead of clicking "Send" immediately, click on the "Send Later" button that appears.
  4. Choose a time and date from the calendar that pops up.
  5. Click "Schedule" to send the email at the chosen time.

Method 2: Using the "Delay Send" feature

  1. Compose your email as usual.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Delay Send" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + D).
  3. In the "Delay Send" window, choose a time and date from the calendar.
  4. Click "Schedule" to send the email at the chosen time.

Note: The "Send Later" feature is only available if you have a Mac with macOS High Sierra or later, or an iPhone or iPad with iOS 11 or later.

By using the "Send Later" feature, you can ensure that your email is sent at a convenient time, even if you're not available to send it immediately.
