Apple mail switch between accounts

The convenience of having multiple email accounts! Apple Mail allows you to switch between accounts easily. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the Account Menu

1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen (or tap on the "Mail" icon on your iOS device).
3. Select "Account" from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on the account you want to switch to (or tap on it on your iOS device).
5. You will be logged out of the current account and logged in to the new one.

Method 2: Using the Account List

1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen (or tap on the "Mail" icon on your iOS device).
3. Select "Accounts" from the dropdown menu (or tap on "Accounts" on your iOS device).
4. Click on the account you want to switch to (or tap on it on your iOS device).
5. You will be logged out of the current account and logged in to the new one.

Method 3: Using the Quick Switch Feature (Mac only)

1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac.
2. Click on the "Mail" menu at the top of the screen.
3. Select "Quick Switch" from the dropdown menu.
4. Select the account you want to switch to from the list of available accounts.
5. You will be logged out of the current account and logged in to the new one.

Tips:

• You can also use the keyboard shortcut "Command + Shift + A" (⌘ + Shift + A) on your Mac to quickly switch between accounts.
• If you have multiple accounts set up on your device, you can also use the "Account" menu to switch between them.
• Make sure you have the correct account selected before sending an email, as it will use the credentials of the selected account.
