In Apple Mail, you can create and use text snippets to quickly insert frequently used phrases or sentences into your emails. Here's how:

Create a text snippet:

  1. Open Apple Mail and compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  2. Type the phrase or sentence you want to use as a snippet.
  3. Select the text by dragging your cursor over it.
  4. Right-click (or control-click) on the selected text and choose "Create Text Snippet" from the context menu.
  5. Give your snippet a name and optional description.
  6. Click "Create" to save the snippet.

Use a text snippet:

  1. Open Apple Mail and compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  2. Type a few characters of the snippet's name, and then press the "Tab" key to autocomplete the snippet.
  3. The snippet will be inserted into your email at the cursor position.

You can also access your text snippets from the "Edit" menu:
