  2. Create a new alias by going to the "Settings" icon (looks like a gear) > "Mail" > "Aliases".
  3. Enter the alias email address you want to create (e.g., [email protected]).
  4. Choose the mailbox you want the alias to forward to (e.g., your primary Zoho Mail account).

  1. Open Apple Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
  2. Go to "Mail" > "Preferences" (on Mac) or "Settings" (on iOS) > "Accounts".
  3. Click on the "+" button to add a new account.
  4. Select "Other Mail Account" and enter the following settings:
    • Account Type: IMAP
    • Description: Zoho Mail (or any name you prefer)
    • Incoming Mail Server: imap.zoho.com
    • Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.zoho.com
    • Username: Your Zoho Mail username (e.g., [email protected])
    • Password: Your Zoho Mail password
  5. Click "Continue" and then "Create" to add the account.
  6. In the "Account Information" section, select the "Advanced" tab.
  7. Under "Incoming Mail Server", select "Use SSL" and set the port to 993.
  8. Under "Outgoing Mail Server", select "Use SSL" and set the port to 587.

Step 3: Configure Apple Mail to use the Zoho alias

  1. Go back to the "Accounts" page and select the Zoho Mail account you just created.
  2. Click on the "Edit" button next to the account name.
  3. In the "Account Information" section, select the "Mail" tab.
  4. Under "Mailbox Behaviors", select "Forward" and enter the Zoho alias email address (e.g., [email protected]).

That's it! Apple Mail should now use the Zoho alias to send and receive emails.
