Apple.mail follow up
You're referring to Apple Mail's "Follow Up" feature!
In Apple Mail, the "Follow Up" feature allows you to set a reminder for a specific date or time to follow up on an email. Here's how to use it:
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Follow Up" button in the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Shift + F.
- Choose a reminder date or time from the calendar or enter a custom date and time.
- You can also set a reminder to "Today" or "Tomorrow" if you want to follow up on the same day.
- Click "Done" to save the follow-up reminder.
Once you've set a follow-up reminder, Apple Mail will remind you to follow up on the email at the specified date and time. You'll receive a notification in the Notification Center or a pop-up reminder in the Mail app.
Some additional tips:
- You can set multiple follow-up reminders for the same email if you need to follow up on different dates or times.
- If you set a follow-up reminder for a specific date, Apple Mail will remind you on that date, even if you've already replied to the email.
- You can also use the "Follow Up" feature to set reminders for emails that you've already sent, not just new emails.
I hope that helps!
