Aqua mail scheduled email sending
Aqua Mail is a popular email client for Android devices, and it offers a feature called "Scheduled Sending" that allows you to send emails at a later time. Here's how to use it:
Enabling Scheduled Sending
- Open Aqua Mail and go to the "Settings" menu (represented by three horizontal lines or a gear icon).
- Scroll down and select "Advanced" or "More" (depending on your Aqua Mail version).
- Look for the "Scheduled Sending" option and toggle it to the "On" position.
Scheduling an Email
- Compose a new email as you normally would.
- Before sending the email, tap the "Send" button.
- Instead of sending the email immediately, you'll see a "Schedule" option. Tap on it.
- Choose the date and time you want the email to be sent. You can select a specific time or schedule it for a recurring interval (e.g., every day at 8:00 AM).
- Tap "Schedule" to confirm.
Managing Scheduled Emails
- To view your scheduled emails, go to the "Inbox" and tap the three horizontal lines or gear icon to access the "Settings" menu.
- Select "Scheduled Sending" from the menu.
- You'll see a list of your scheduled emails, including the subject, sender, and scheduled send time.
- You can cancel or edit a scheduled email by tapping on it and selecting the corresponding option.
Notes
- Scheduled sending is only available for emails that are sent using Aqua Mail's built-in SMTP server. If you're using a third-party SMTP server, you may not be able to schedule emails.
- Aqua Mail may not be able to send scheduled emails if your device is not connected to the internet or if your email account has a low battery level.
- If you cancel a scheduled email, it will be deleted from the queue and will not be sent.
By using Aqua Mail's scheduled sending feature, you can send emails at a later time, which can be useful for sending reminders, notifications, or other types of emails that require a specific timing.
