Archive icloud mail

iCloud Mail is a great way to manage your email accounts, but sometimes you might want to archive your emails to free up space or keep your inbox organized. Here's how to archive iCloud Mail:

Method 1: Archive individual emails

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. Go to the email you want to archive.
  3. Swipe left on the email to reveal the "More" option.
  4. Tap "More" and then select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Archive multiple emails at once

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. Select the emails you want to archive by tapping the checkboxes next to each email.
  3. Tap the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Tap "Move to" and then select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Method 3: Archive all emails in a folder

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  2. Go to the folder you want to archive (e.g., Inbox, Sent, etc.).
  3. Tap the "Edit" button in the top-right corner of the screen.
  4. Tap "Move to" and then select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Method 4: Archive emails using Siri

  1. Open Siri on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Say "Archive this email" or "Move this email to Archive".
  3. Siri will archive the selected email.

Note: When you archive an email, it will be moved to the "Archive" folder in your iCloud Mail account. You can access the Archive folder by going to the Mail app and selecting "Archive" from the sidebar.
