The joys of archiving emails in Mac Mail!

To archive emails in Mac Mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Using the "Archive" button

  1. Open Mac Mail and select the mailbox or folder you want to archive emails from.
  2. Select the emails you want to archive by holding down the Command (⌘) key while clicking on each email.
  3. Click on the "Archive" button in the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut ⌘ + Shift + A.
  4. Choose a location to save the archived emails, such as a new mailbox or a folder on your computer.

Method 2: Using the "Move to" feature

  1. Open Mac Mail and select the mailbox or folder you want to archive emails from.
  2. Select the emails you want to archive by holding down the Command (⌘) key while clicking on each email.
  3. Right-click (or Control-click) on the selected emails and choose "Move to" from the context menu.
