Archive old mails in outlook 2013

In Outlook 2013, you can archive old emails to free up space in your inbox and keep your mailbox organized. Here's how:

Method 1: Archive using the "Clean Up" feature

  1. Open Outlook 2013 and go to your inbox.
  2. Select the emails you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Right-click on the selected emails and choose "Clean Up" > "Clean Up Folder".
  4. In the "Clean Up Folder" dialog box, select the "Archive" option.
