Archiver mail outlook 2013

To archive emails in Outlook 2013, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the "Archive" button
- Open Outlook 2013 and navigate to the folder that contains the emails you want to archive.
- Select the emails you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click on the "Home" tab in the ribbon.
- Click on the "Archive" button in the "Move" group.
- In the "Archive" dialog box, select the folder where you want to archive the emails (e.g., "Archive" or a custom folder).

Method 2: Using the "Quick Steps" feature

- Click on the "Rules" button.
- Click on "New Rule" and then select "Move messages from someone to a folder".
- In the "Rules and Alerts" dialog box, select the folder where you want to archive the emails (e.g., "Archive" or a custom folder).

- In the "Rules and Alerts" dialog box, click on the "Apply" button to apply the rule to the selected emails.
Note: You can also use the "Archive" feature in Outlook 2013 to archive emails from a specific sender, recipient, or subject. To do this, follow the same steps as above, but select the specific criteria in the "Rules and Alerts" dialog box.
