Archiving emails in Gmail is a great way to keep your inbox organized and decluttered. Here's how to do it:

Method 1: Using the "Archive" button

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Select the email(s) you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Click on the "More" menu at the top of the page.
  4. Select "Archive" from the dropdown menu.

Method 2: Using the "Archive" label

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Select the email(s) you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Click on the "Labels" button at the top of the page.
  4. Select "New label" and name it "Archive".
  5. Click "Apply" to apply the label to the selected emails.
  6. To archive the emails, click on the "Archive" label and select "Apply label".

Method 3: Using keyboard shortcuts

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Select the email(s) you want to archive by checking the boxes next to them.
  3. Press the "e" key on your keyboard to archive the selected emails.

Note: When you archive an email, it will be moved to the "All Mail" label, but it will no longer be visible in your inbox. You can still find archived emails by searching for them or by checking the "All Mail" label.
