Att net email settings for windows live mail
Here are the AT&T email settings for Windows Live Mail:
Incoming Mail Server:
- Server name: att.net
- Port: 995
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Password
Outgoing Mail Server:
- Server name: att.net
- Port: 465
- Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Authentication: Password
Additional Settings:
- Account name: Your AT&T email address (e.g. [yourname]@att.net)
- Account password: Your AT&T email password
- Display name: Your name (e.g. John Doe)
Steps to set up AT&T email in Windows Live Mail:
- Open Windows Live Mail and click on "Email" in the top menu bar.
- Click on "Accounts" and then "Add an email account".
- Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
- Select "POP" or "IMAP" as the account type and click "Next".
- Enter the following information:
- Your name: Your name (e.g. John Doe)
- Email address: Your AT&T email address (e.g. [yourname]@att.net)
- Password: Your AT&T email password
- Incoming mail server: att.net
- Incoming port: 995
- Outgoing mail server: att.net
- Outgoing port: 465
