Attach file from teams to outlook email
To attach a file from Microsoft Teams to an Outlook email, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Using the Teams desktop app
- Open the Microsoft Teams desktop app and navigate to the channel or conversation where the file is located.
- Right-click on the file and select "Save as" to download it to your computer.
- Open Outlook and create a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Click on the "Attach file" button in the Outlook email composer.
