Attach multiple mail and forward gmail
Here are the steps to attach multiple files to an email and forward a Gmail:
Attaching Multiple Files to an Email:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the "Compose" button to start a new email.
- In the "To" field, enter the email address of the recipient.
- Click on the "Attach file" button (represented by a paperclip icon) or press the "Ctrl+Shift+O" keys on your keyboard.
- Select the files you want to attach from your computer by clicking on them. You can select multiple files by holding down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on each file.
- Click on the "Open" button to attach the selected files to the email.
- The attached files will be displayed in the "Attachments" section of the email.
- You can add more files by repeating steps 4-6.
- Once you've attached all the files you want, you can compose the email and send it to the recipient.
Forwarding a Gmail:
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Open the email you want to forward by clicking on it.
- Click on the "Forward" button (represented by a arrow icon) or press the "F" key on your keyboard.
- In the "To" field, enter the email address of the recipient you want to forward the email to.
- You can add a comment or modify the subject line if you want.
- Click on the "Forward" button to send the email to the recipient.
Tips:
- You can also use the "Forward as attachment" option to forward an email as an attachment instead of forwarding the email itself. To do this, click on the "More" menu and select "Forward as attachment".
- If you want to forward multiple emails at once, you can select multiple emails by checking the boxes next to them and then clicking on the "Forward" button.
- You can also use Gmail's "Canned responses" feature to quickly forward emails with a standard response. To do this, go to the "Settings" menu, click on "Labs", and enable the "Canned responses" feature. Then, you can create a canned response by clicking on the "More" menu and selecting "Canned responses".
