To attach pictures to an email on an iPhone 5, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone 5.
  2. Tap the "Compose" button to start a new email.
  3. Enter the recipient's email address and a subject line.
  4. Tap the "Body" field to start typing your email message.
  5. Tap the "Photos" button (it looks like a camera) in the bottom left corner of the screen.
