How to set up Mail Redirection

1. Online: Visit the Australia Post website and follow the prompts to set up your Mail Redirection service.
2. In-store: Visit your local Australia Post outlet and speak with a representative to set up your Mail Redirection service.
3. Phone: Call Australia Post's customer service on 13 13 18 to set up your Mail Redirection service.

Types of Mail Redirection

• Permanent Redirection: Redirect your mail to a new address for an indefinite period.
• Temporary Redirection: Redirect your mail to a new address for a specific period, such as while you're on holiday or moving to a new home.
• Business Redirection: Redirect your business mail to a new address, ideal for companies undergoing a name change or relocation.

Fees and charges

• Permanent Redirection: $55.50 (includes 12 months of redirection)
• Temporary Redirection: $22.50 (includes 3 months of redirection)
• Additional months: $11.25 per month

What's included

• Redirection of mail, including letters, parcels, and packages
• Notification to senders of your new address
• Storage of your mail for up to 12 months (for permanent redirection)

Important notes

• Mail Redirection is only available for individuals and businesses with a valid Australian address.
• You must provide a valid reason for requesting Mail Redirection.
• Mail Redirection does not apply to international mail or mail sent to a PO Box.
