In Australia, you can register with Australia Post's "No Junk Mail" service to reduce the amount of unsolicited mail you receive. Here's how:

- Fill out the form: Fill out the online form with your name, address, and contact details.
- Choose your preferences: Select the types of mail you don't want to receive, such as credit card offers, insurance quotes, and promotional materials.
- Confirm your registration: Review and confirm your registration to complete the process.
Once you've registered, your details will be added to the Australia Post's "No Junk Mail" database. This will help reduce the amount of unsolicited mail you receive, but it's not a guarantee that you'll never receive any junk mail again.
Some important notes:
- The "No Junk Mail" service only applies to mail sent by organizations that are members of the Australian Direct Marketing Association (ADMA). Not all junk mail is covered by this service.
