Here's how to divert your mail with Australia Post:

Online

  1. Go to the Australia Post website (www.auspost.com.au).
  2. Sign in to your account or create one if you don't have one.
  3. Click on "Services" and then "Divert Mail".
  4. Enter your current address and the address you want to divert your mail to.
  5. Choose the duration of the diversion (up to 6 months).
  6. Review and confirm your details.

In-store

  1. Visit your local Australia Post outlet.
  2. Let the staff know you want to divert your mail.
  3. Provide your current address and the address you want to divert your mail to.
  4. Choose the duration of the diversion (up to 6 months).
  5. Pay the applicable fee (if applicable).
