Why use Redirect Mail?

How to use Redirect Mail
- Check if you're eligible: You can use Redirect Mail if you're an individual or a business with a valid Australian address.
- Choose your redirect period: You can select a redirect period of 1, 3, 6, or 12 months.
- Provide your old and new addresses: Enter your current address and the address you want your mail redirected to.
- Choose your redirect options: You can choose to redirect mail, packages, or both. You can also specify which types of mail you want to redirect (e.g., bills, letters, packages).
- Pay the fee: The cost of Redirect Mail varies depending on the length of the redirect period and the type of mail you want to redirect. You can check the fees on the Australia Post website.
- Submit your application: Fill out the online application form or visit a post office to submit your application.
What's included in Redirect Mail
- Mail: Letters, bills, and other types of mail will be redirected to your new address.

Important notes
- Redirect Mail is not available for PO boxes or post office boxes.
- You must notify your financial institutions, creditors, and other relevant parties of your new address.
- Redirect Mail is not a guarantee that all mail will be redirected successfully. Some mail may still be delivered to your old address.
