You can download the application form from the Australia Post website or pick one up from your local post office.
Online Application:
- Visit the Australia Post website (www.auspost.com.au)

Paper Application:
- Download the Hold Mail application form from the Australia Post website

What You Need to Provide:

Fees:
- There is no fee for holding your mail for up to 3 days
- For holding your mail for more than 3 days, there is a fee of $1.50 per day (minimum $4.50, maximum $45)
