How to request a Temporary Hold Mail

1. Log in to your Australia Post account online or visit a post office.
2. Click on "Manage My Mail" and then "Temporary Hold Mail".

What happens during the hold period

• Your mail will be held at your local post office for the specified period.
• You can collect your mail at any time during the hold period.
