Auto delete settings in bell mail

Bell Mail, the email service provided by Bell Canada, allows you to set up auto-delete settings to automatically delete emails that meet certain criteria. Here's how to do it:

Method 1: Using the Bell Mail Web Interface

  1. Log in to your Bell Mail account on the web.
  2. Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click on "Filters" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on "Create a filter" button.
  5. Enter a name for your filter, such as "Delete emails older than 30 days".
  6. In the "If" section, select "Age" and set the condition to "older than" and enter the desired number of days (e.g., 30).
  7. In the "Do" section, select "Delete" and confirm that you want to delete the emails.
  8. Click "Save" to save your filter.

Method 2: Using the Bell Mail Mobile App

  1. Open the Bell Mail mobile app on your device.
  2. Tap on the "Menu" icon (represented by three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the screen.
  3. Tap on "Settings" from the menu.
  4. Scroll down to the "Filters" section.
  5. Tap on "Create a filter" button.
  6. Enter a name for your filter, such as "Delete emails older than 30 days".
