Auto forward email to another address

The convenience of auto-forwarding emails!

To auto-forward emails to another address, you'll need to set up a rule or filter in your email client or provider. Here are the general steps:

Gmail:

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "See all settings."
  4. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  5. Click on "Create a new filter."
  6. Enter the criteria for the filter (e.g., "from: [sender's email]").
  7. Select "Forward to" and enter the email address you want to forward to.
  8. Click "Create filter."

Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook and go to the "Home" tab.
  2. Click on "Rules" in the "Move" group.
  3. Click on "New Rule."
  4. Select "Start from a blank rule" and click "Next."
  5. Choose "Apply rule on messages I receive" and click "Next."
  6. Enter the criteria for the rule (e.g., "from: [sender's email]").
  7. Click "Next" and then "Finish."
  8. In the "Edit Rule" window, select "Forward it to the following" and enter the email address you want to forward to.

Yahoo Mail:

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon () in the upper right corner.
  3. Select "More settings."
  4. Go to the "Filters" tab.
  5. Click on "Add filter."
  6. Enter the criteria for the filter (e.g., "from: [sender's email]").
  7. Select "Forward to" and enter the email address you want to forward to.
  8. Click "Save."
