- Click on "Options" (or press "Alt + O" on your keyboard).
- In the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Click on the "Signature" button to open the "Signature Editor".
- In the "Signature Editor", you can type in your signature text, including any formatting you like (e.g., bold, italic, font sizes).
- To add a signature automatically to all your outgoing emails, check the box next to "Append signature to outgoing messages".
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
Now, whenever you compose a new email in Windows Live Mail, your automatic signature will be appended to the end of the message.
Note: If you want to use a template or a file as your signature, you can click on the "Insert" button in the "Signature Editor" and select "File" or "Template" to browse for your file or template.
