Automatically add signature in windows live mail
To automatically add a signature in Windows Live Mail, you can follow these steps:
- Open Windows Live Mail and go to the "Mail" tab.
- Click on "Options" in the top menu bar.
- In the "Options" window, click on the "Compose" tab.
- Scroll down to the "Signature" section.
- Check the box next to "Add signature to outgoing messages".
- In the "Signature" field, type in your signature text.
- You can also add a logo or image to your signature by clicking on the "Insert" button and selecting "Picture".
- Click "OK" to save your changes.
From now on, your signature will be automatically added to all outgoing emails.
Alternatively, you can also add a signature by using the "Insert" button in the compose window. To do this:
- Open Windows Live Mail and start composing a new email.
- Click on the "Insert" button in the toolbar.
