Baroness Patricia Hogg, also known as Baroness Hogg, is a British businesswoman and former politician who served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Mail from 2003 to 2013.

Baroness Hogg was born in 1946 and educated at the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge. She began her career in the private sector, working in various roles in the financial and telecommunications industries.

In 1995, Baroness Hogg was appointed as a member of the House of Lords, taking the title Baroness Hogg of Sanderstead. She served as a Conservative peer and was a member of several parliamentary committees, including the Treasury Select Committee and the Science and Technology Committee.

In 2003, Baroness Hogg was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Royal Mail, a position she held until 2013. During her tenure, she oversaw a period of significant change for the company, including the introduction of competition in the postal market and the implementation of a major restructuring program.

Baroness Hogg has also been involved in various other business and charitable organizations, including the British Bankers' Association, the Confederation of British Industry, and the National Council for the Training of Journalists. She has also served as a non-executive director of several companies, including the BBC and the Royal Bank of Scotland.

Baroness Hogg has received several honors and awards for her contributions to business and public service, including a CBE (Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in 2001 and a DBE (Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire) in 2013.
