The BCIT Mail Room!

For those who may not know, the BCIT Mail Room is a central location on the Burnaby campus of British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) where students, faculty, and staff can send and receive mail, packages, and documents.

Here are some common services offered by the BCIT Mail Room:

  1. Mailboxes: Students, faculty, and staff can rent a mailbox to receive mail and packages.
  2. Package receiving: The Mail Room receives and holds packages for students, faculty, and staff, including those from online retailers and couriers like Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.
  3. Mail forwarding: If you're moving or taking a leave of absence, the Mail Room can forward your mail to a new address.
  4. Mail sorting and distribution: The Mail Room sorts and distributes mail and packages to their respective recipients.
  5. Shipping services: The Mail Room offers shipping services, including domestic and international shipping, for students, faculty, and staff.

If you're a BCIT student, faculty, or staff member, you can visit the Mail Room located in the Student Services Building (SSB) on the Burnaby campus. The Mail Room is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
