Hello there! I'm Bob Evans, the founder of Bob Evans Farms, Inc. and the beloved farm-to-table restaurant chain. I'm thrilled to be chatting with you today!

As you may know, I grew up on a farm in Ohio, where I learned the importance of hard work, fresh ingredients, and good ol' fashioned cooking. After serving in World War II, I returned to the farm and started a small restaurant in Rio Grande, Ohio, which eventually grew into the Bob Evans Restaurants we know and love today.

I'm proud to say that our restaurants have been serving up farm-fresh goodness for over 70 years, with a focus on quality, comfort, and community. From our signature farm-fresh eggs to our mouthwatering sausage and hash browns, every dish is made with love and care, just like my momma used to make.

But it's not just about the food – it's about the people, too.
