Bezmaksas SMS (free SMS) is a feature offered by Tele2, a mobile network operator in Latvia, which allows customers to send SMS messages without deducting credits from their account. Here's how to access Bezmaksas SMS on Tele2's webmail:

1. Log in to your Tele2 webmail account: Go to the Tele2 website and click on "Webmail" to access your email account.
2. Click on the "SMS" tab: Once you're logged in, click on the "SMS" tab located at the top of the page.
3. Select the "Bezmaksas SMS" option: In the SMS menu, click on the "Bezmaksas SMS" option.
4. Enter the recipient's phone number: Enter the phone number of the person you want to send the SMS to.
5. Type your message: Type your message in the text box provided.
6. Send the SMS: Click the "Send" button to send the SMS.

Note that Bezmaksas SMS is only available for sending SMS messages to other Tele2 customers in Latvia. If you want to send SMS messages to customers of other operators or international numbers, you'll need to use your regular SMS credits.

Also, keep in mind that Bezmaksas SMS has some limitations, such as a maximum of 10 SMS messages per day and a maximum message length of 160 characters.
