How to Use Mail Merge:

  1. Open your word processing software (such as Microsoft Word) and create a new document.
  2. Type in the template above, using the mail merge fields in square brackets (e.g. [Name], [Child's Name], etc.).
  3. Go to the "Mailings" tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
  4. Click on "Select Recipients" and choose the list of names and addresses you want to send the invitations to.
  5. Click on "Finish & Merge" and select "Edit Individual Documents" to create a unique invitation for each guest.
  6. Review each invitation to make sure the information is correct, and then print or email the invitations as desired.
