Block e mail

You want to block an email address or a sender from sending you emails. Here are the steps to do so:

Method 1: Block an email address in Gmail

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  4. Click on "Create a new filter."
  5. Enter the email address you want to block in the "From" field.
  6. Click on "Create filter."
  7. Select "Block" as the action.
  8. Click on "Create."

Method 2: Block an email address in Outlook

  1. Log in to your Outlook account.
  2. Click on the "File" menu and select "Options."
  3. Go to the "Mail" tab.
  4. Click on "Junk Email" and then select "Junk Mail Options."
  5. Click on the "Safe Senders" tab.
  6. Click on "Add" and enter the email address you want to block.
  7. Select "Block" as the action.
  8. Click on "OK."

Method 3: Block an email address in Yahoo Mail

  1. Log in to your Yahoo Mail account.
  2. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "More settings."
  3. Go to the "Filters" tab.
  4. Click on "Add filter."
  5. Enter the email address you want to block in the "From" field.
  6. Select "Block" as the action.
  7. Click on "Save."

Method 4: Block an email address in Mozilla Thunderbird

  1. Open Thunderbird and go to the "Tools" menu.
  2. Select "Account Settings."
  3. Go to the "Composition" tab.
  4. Click on "Spam" and then select "Add."
  5. Enter the email address you want to block.
  6. Select "Block" as the action.
  7. Click on "OK."
