To block an email on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Mail app on your iPhone.
  2. Find the email you want to block in your inbox.
  3. Swipe left on the email to reveal the "More" option.
  4. Tap "More" and then tap "Block This Sender".
  5. Confirm that you want to block the sender by tapping "Block" in the pop-up dialog.

Method 2: Block an email from the Contacts app

  1. Open the Contacts app on your iPhone.
  2. Find the contact you want to block in your contacts list.
  3. Tap the contact's name to open their contact card.
  4. Tap "Edit" in the top-right corner of the screen.
  5. Scroll down to the "Email" section and toggle the switch next to "Block This Email" to the right.

Method 3: Block an email using the Mail settings

  1. Go to Settings > Mail > Blocked Senders.
  2. Tap "Add New" and enter the email address you want to block.
  3. Tap "Block" to add the email address to your blocked senders list.

Once you've blocked an email address, any future emails from that address will be automatically moved to your Junk folder. You can also unblock an email address at any time by going to Settings > Mail > Blocked Senders and tapping "Edit" next to the blocked email address.

Note: Blocking an email address will not delete any existing emails from that address, but it will prevent future emails from being delivered to your inbox.
