Block email sender icloud
To block an email sender on iCloud, you can follow these steps:
Method 1: Block sender using the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad
- Open the Mail app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Go to the "Mailboxes" tab and select the mailbox you want to block the sender from.
- Tap on the "Edit" button in the top-right corner.
- Find the email from the sender you want to block and swipe left on it.
- Tap on the "Block" button that appears.
- Confirm that you want to block the sender by tapping "Block" again.
Method 2: Block sender using the iCloud website
- Go to the iCloud website (www.icloud.com) and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Click on the "Mail" icon.
- Click on the "Settings" icon (represented by a gear) in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to the "Blocked Senders" section.
- Click on the "Add a sender" button.
- Enter the email address of the sender you want to block and click "Add".
Method 3: Block sender using the Mail app on your Mac
- Open the Mail app on your Mac.
- Go to the "Mail" menu and select "Preferences".
- Click on the "Rules" tab.
- Click on the "Add Rule" button.
- Select "Move it to the Junk Mailbox" and then click "Add".
- In the "If" field, select "Contains" and enter the email address of the sender you want to block.
- Click "OK" to save the rule.
Once you've blocked a sender, any future emails from that sender will be automatically moved to your Junk Mailbox. Note that you can always unblock a sender by following the same steps and selecting "Unblock" instead of "Block".
