To block emails on a Mac using Mail, you can follow these steps:

Method 1: Block an email address

  1. Open Mail on your Mac.
  2. Click on the "Mail" menu and select "Preferences" (or use the keyboard shortcut Command + Comma).
  3. Click on the "Rules" tab.
  4. Click the "+" button at the bottom left corner of the window to create a new rule.
  5. Select "Match" and then "Sender" from the drop-down menus.
  6. Enter the email address you want to block in the "Contains" field.
  7. Click "OK" to save the rule.
  8. Click "Apply" to apply the rule to all existing messages.

Method 2: Block an email sender's domain
