Blueyonder email setup

Blueyonder is a UK-based internet service provider that offers a range of email services to its customers. To set up your Blueyonder email account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Create a Blueyonder Email Account

If you haven't already, create a Blueyonder email account by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Blueyonder website (www.blueyonder.co.uk) and click on "My Account" at the top right corner of the page.
  2. Click on "Email" and then "Create an email account".
  3. Fill in the required information, including your name, email address, and password.
  4. Click "Create account" to complete the setup process.

Step 2: Set Up Your Email Client

To set up your Blueyonder email account on your email client, follow these steps:

For Outlook:

  1. Open Outlook and click on "File" > "Add Account".
  2. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
  3. Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".
  4. Enter the following settings:
    • Your Name: Your name as you want it to appear in the "From" field.
    • Email Address: Your Blueyonder email address.
    • POP3 Server: pop.blueyonder.co.uk
    • POP3 Port: 110
    • IMAP Server: imap.blueyonder.co.uk
    • IMAP Port: 143
    • Username: Your Blueyonder email address.
    • Password: Your Blueyonder email password.
  5. Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup process.

For Other Email Clients:

  1. Open your email client and go to the settings or preferences menu.
  2. Look for the "Account" or "Email" settings and click on it.
  3. Select "POP3" or "IMAP" as the account type.
  4. Enter the following settings:
    • POP3 Server: pop.blueyonder.co.uk
    • POP3 Port: 110
    • IMAP Server: imap.blueyonder.co.uk
    • IMAP Port: 143
    • Username: Your Blueyonder email address.
    • Password: Your Blueyonder email password.
  5. Save the changes and restart your email client to complete the setup process.
