If you need to book a redelivery with Royal Mail, you can do so through their website or by contacting their customer service team. Here are the steps:
Booking a Redelivery Online:
- Go to the Royal Mail website (www.royalmail.com)
- Click on "Track a parcel" and enter your tracking number
- Click on "Redeliver" and select the new delivery date and time
- Confirm your details and payment (if applicable)
Booking a Redelivery by Phone:
- Call Royal Mail's customer service team on 03457 740 740 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm)
- Provide your tracking number and the reason for the redelivery
- Choose a new delivery date and time

Booking a Redelivery in Person:
- Take your parcel to your local Royal Mail Delivery Office
