Bt mail pop settings for outlook

Here are the BT Mail POP settings for Outlook:

POP Settings:

• Server: pop.bt.com
• Port: 110
• Username: Your BT Mail email address (e.g. [yourname]@bt.com)
• Password: Your BT Mail password

SMTP Settings:

• Server: smtp.bt.com
• Port: 587
• Username: Your BT Mail email address (e.g. [yourname]@bt.com)
• Password: Your BT Mail password

Additional Settings:

• Authentication: Use the same username and password as your POP settings
• Require SSL/TLS: Yes
• Require authentication: Yes

Outlook Configuration:

1. Open Outlook and go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings
2. Click on "New" to add a new email account
3. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next"
4. Select "POP" or "IMAP" and click "Next"
5. Enter the following settings:
   • Your Name: Your name as you want it to appear in the "From" field
   • Email Address: Your BT Mail email address (e.g. [yourname]@bt.com)
   • POP Server: pop.bt.com
   • POP Port: 110
   • SMTP Server: smtp.bt.com
   • SMTP Port: 587
   • Username: Your BT Mail email address (e.g. [yourname]@bt.com)
   • Password: Your BT Mail password
6. Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the setup
