Bulk delete in mailbird mail
Mailbird is a popular email client for Windows, and it does offer a bulk delete feature. Here's how you can do it:
Method 1: Using the "Select All" feature
- Open Mailbird and navigate to the inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to delete.
- Press
Ctrl + A
to select all emails in the current view. - Right-click on one of the selected emails and choose "Delete" from the context menu.
- Confirm the deletion by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.
Method 2: Using the "Bulk Delete" feature
- Open Mailbird and navigate to the inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to delete.
- Click on the "Bulk" button in the top-right corner of the Mailbird window.
- In the "Bulk" menu, select "Delete" from the dropdown list.
- In the "Bulk Delete" dialog box, select the emails you want to delete by checking the boxes next to them.
- Click "Delete" to confirm the deletion.
Method 3: Using the "Quick Delete" feature
- Open Mailbird and navigate to the inbox or the folder containing the emails you want to delete.
- Press
Ctrl + Shift + D
to quickly delete the selected emails. - Confirm the deletion by clicking "Yes" in the pop-up dialog box.
Note: Make sure you have selected the correct folder and account before deleting emails, as this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
