Business google mail configration in pop outlook
To configure Google Mail (Gmail) in Outlook using POP, follow these steps:
Step 1: Enable POP in Gmail
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner and select "See all settings."
- Go to the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
- Select the "Enable POP" option.
- Choose the account you want to use for POP access.
- Click "Save Changes."
Step 2: Configure Outlook to use POP
- Open Outlook and go to the "File" menu.
- Click on "Account Settings" and then select "Account Settings" again from the dropdown menu.
- Click on "New" to create a new email account.

Step 4: Configure Outlook to send emails
- Go to the "File" menu and select "Account Settings" again.
- Click on the "More Settings" button.
- Go to the "Outgoing Server" tab.
- Select the "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" option.
- Select "Use same settings as my incoming mail server."
- Click "OK" to save the changes.
Step 5: Test the connection
- Go to the "File" menu and select "Account Settings" again.
- Click on the "Test Account Settings" button.
- Outlook will test the connection and download any new emails.
