Call back mail in outlook 2016

In Outlook 2016, you can set up a "Call Back" feature to remind you to call a contact back. Here's how:

Method 1: Using the "Follow Up" feature

  1. Open your Outlook 2016 client and go to the "Home" tab.
  2. Click on the "Follow Up" button in the "Move" group.
  3. Select "Remind Me" and choose a reminder time (e.g., "Today", "Tomorrow", etc.).
  4. In the "Remind Me" dialog box, select "Call" as the reminder type.
  5. Enter the contact's phone number in the "Phone" field.
  6. Click "OK" to save the reminder.

Method 2: Using the "Task" feature

  1. Open your Outlook 2016 client and go to the "View" tab.
  2. Click on the "Tasks" button in the "View" group.
  3. Click on "New Task" to create a new task.
  4. Enter the contact's name and phone number in the "Subject" and "Body" fields, respectively.
  5. Set the "Start Date" and "Due Date" to the desired dates.
  6. In the "Task" pane, click on the "Follow Up" button and select "Call" as the reminder type.
  7. Click "Save & Close" to save the task.

In both methods, the "Call Back" reminder will appear in your Outlook calendar at the specified time, with a phone icon indicating that it's a call reminder. When you click on the reminder, you'll be prompted to call the contact.

Note: Make sure you have the "Call" feature enabled in your Outlook settings. To do this, go to "File" > "Options" > "Calendar" and check the box next to "Use the Call feature".
