Can't e mail videos from my iphone 8 plusw

Frustrating!

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to email videos from your iPhone 8 Plus. Here are some possible solutions:

  1. Check your email app: Make sure you're using a compatible email app that supports video attachments. Some email apps, like Gmail, have specific settings for sending large files, including videos.
  2. Video size and format: Check the size and format of the video you're trying to send. If the video is too large or in an unsupported format (e.g., MP4, MOV), you might need to convert it or trim it down to a smaller size.
  3. Storage space: Ensure you have enough storage space available on your iPhone. If your iPhone is running low on storage, you might not be able to send large files like videos.
  4. Email attachment size limit: Check your email provider's attachment size limit. Some providers, like Gmail, have a maximum attachment size of 25MB. If your video is larger than this, you'll need to compress it or break it up into smaller files.
  5. iPhone settings: Go to Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Send & Receive, and ensure that the "Send video as attachment" option is enabled.
  6. Third-party apps: Consider using a third-party app like WeTransfer, Dropbox, or Google Drive to send large files, including videos. These apps often have larger file size limits and can handle larger files.

To troubleshoot, try the following:

  1. Open the Photos app and select the video you want to send.
  2. Tap the "Share" icon (a box with an arrow coming out of it).
  3. Select "Email" from the share menu.
  4. If prompted, choose a video quality setting (e.g., "High Quality" or "Low Quality").
  5. Enter the recipient's email address and any additional details.
  6. Tap "Send" to send the video.
