Can't see my junk mail in outlook

Frustrating! Don't worry, I'm here to help you troubleshoot the issue. Here are some steps to help you find your junk mail in Outlook:

  1. Check your Junk Email folder: Make sure you're not missing the Junk Email folder. In Outlook, click on the "Folders" pane (usually on the left side of the screen) and look for "Junk Email". If you don't see it, you can try creating a new folder and renaming it to "Junk Email".
  2. Check your Junk Email settings: Go to Outlook's settings by clicking on the gear icon () in the top right corner. Then, click on "View all Outlook settings" and navigate to "Mail" > "Junk email". Ensure that the "Junk email" folder is enabled and set to "Move new junk email to the 'Junk Email' folder".
  3. Check your email filters: Outlook has a built-in filter that moves suspected junk emails to the Junk Email folder. Check if any filters are set up to move emails to the Junk Email folder. To do this, go to Outlook's settings, then "View all Outlook settings" > "Mail" > "Filters and rules". Look for any filters that are set to move emails to the Junk Email folder.
  4. Check your email account settings: Ensure that your email account is set up correctly and that the junk mail settings are enabled. Go to Outlook's settings, then "View all Outlook settings" > "Accounts" > "Your email account" > "Junk email". Make sure that the "Junk email" setting is enabled and set to "Move new junk email to the 'Junk Email' folder".
  5. Try searching for junk emails: If you're still having trouble finding your junk emails, try searching for keywords like "junk", "spam", or "bulk" in the search bar at the top of the Outlook window.
  6. Check your email client version: If you're using an older version of Outlook, it might not have the latest junk email features. Try updating to the latest version of Outlook to see if that resolves the issue.
  7. Contact your email provider: If none of the above steps work, you can contact your email provider's support team to see if there are any issues on their end that might be causing your junk emails to not be delivered to the Junk Email folder.

I hope these steps help you find your junk mail in Outlook!
