Can attach mail from phone in gmail from internal storage

Unfortunately, Gmail does not allow you to attach files from your phone's internal storage directly. However, there are a few workarounds to achieve this:

Method 1: Using the Gmail app

  1. Open the Gmail app on your phone.
  2. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  3. Tap the paperclip icon to attach a file.
  4. Select "Internal Storage" from the file picker.
  5. Navigate to the folder containing the file you want to attach.
  6. Select the file and tap "Attach".

Method 2: Using a file manager app

  1. Download and install a file manager app like ES File Explorer, File Manager, or Solid Explorer.
  2. Open the file manager app and navigate to the folder containing the file you want to attach.
  3. Long-press on the file to select it.
  4. Tap the "Share" or "Send" button.
  5. Select "Email" as the sharing option.
  6. Choose Gmail as the email client.
  7. Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  8. The file will be attached to the email.

Method 3: Using a third-party email client

  1. Download and install a third-party email client like Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or AOL Mail.
  2. Open the email client and compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
  3. Tap the paperclip icon to attach a file.
  4. Select "Internal Storage" from the file picker.
  5. Navigate to the folder containing the file you want to attach.
  6. Select the file and tap "Attach".

Please note that some email clients may have limitations or restrictions on attaching files from internal storage. Additionally, if you're using a custom ROM or a rooted device, you may need to grant additional permissions to access internal storage.
