Can attach mail from phone in gmail from internal storage
Unfortunately, Gmail does not allow you to attach files from your phone's internal storage directly. However, there are a few workarounds to achieve this:
Method 1: Using the Gmail app
- Open the Gmail app on your phone.
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Tap the paperclip icon to attach a file.
- Select "Internal Storage" from the file picker.
- Navigate to the folder containing the file you want to attach.
- Select the file and tap "Attach".
Method 2: Using a file manager app
- Download and install a file manager app like ES File Explorer, File Manager, or Solid Explorer.
- Open the file manager app and navigate to the folder containing the file you want to attach.
- Long-press on the file to select it.
- Tap the "Share" or "Send" button.
- Select "Email" as the sharing option.
- Choose Gmail as the email client.
- Compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- The file will be attached to the email.
Method 3: Using a third-party email client
- Download and install a third-party email client like Microsoft Outlook, Yahoo Mail, or AOL Mail.
- Open the email client and compose a new email or reply to an existing one.
- Tap the paperclip icon to attach a file.
- Select "Internal Storage" from the file picker.
- Navigate to the folder containing the file you want to attach.
- Select the file and tap "Attach".
Please note that some email clients may have limitations or restrictions on attaching files from internal storage. Additionally, if you're using a custom ROM or a rooted device, you may need to grant additional permissions to access internal storage.
