Can i send mail to myself in classic wow

A blast from the past!

In Classic World of Warcraft, you can indeed send mail to yourself. This might seem a bit silly, but it's actually a useful feature for a few reasons:

  1. Convenience: You can send items to yourself as a way to move them from one character to another, without having to use the auction house or trade with another player.
  2. Inventory management: If you have items taking up space in your inventory that you don't need, you can send them to yourself and free up space on your character.
  3. Testing and experimentation: You can send items to yourself to test out new gear, try out different builds, or experiment with different playstyles without having to worry about losing items or gold.

To send mail to yourself in Classic WoW, follow these steps:

  1. Open your mailbox by clicking on the mailbox icon in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Click on the "Compose Mail" button.
  3. Enter your character's name in the "To" field.
  4. Add the items you want to send to yourself to the "Attachments" list.
  5. Enter a subject and a message (optional).
  6. Click "Send" to send the mail to yourself.

Keep in mind that sending mail to yourself won't incur any postage costs, since you're not actually sending it to another player. However, you will still need to have enough space in your mailbox to receive the mail.
