Can i use hotmail for google account

I think there may be some confusion here!

Hotmail is a legacy email service owned by Microsoft, while Google is a separate company that offers its own email service, Gmail.

Unfortunately, you cannot use a Hotmail account as a Google account. Here's why:

  1. Different services: Hotmail and Gmail are two separate email services with different infrastructure, features, and security measures. They are not compatible with each other.
  2. Authentication: Google uses its own authentication system, which is separate from Hotmail's. You need to create a Google account using a valid email address, password, and other authentication details.
  3. Integration: Google services, such as Google Drive, Google Photos, and Google Calendar, are designed to work with Gmail accounts, not Hotmail accounts.

If you want to use Google services, you'll need to create a new Google account using a valid email address (e.g., @gmail.com, @googlemail.com, or @yourcustomdomain.com). You can't use a Hotmail account as a Google account.

However, if you want to keep your Hotmail account and still use Google services, you can:

  1. Forward your Hotmail emails to Gmail: You can set up email forwarding from your Hotmail account to your Gmail account. This way, you can receive emails from both services in your Gmail inbox.
  2. Use a third-party email client: You can use a third-party email client, such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird, to access both your Hotmail and Gmail accounts.

I hope this clears up any confusion!
