Can mailing address
Here is a mailing address format:
Name Street Address Apt/Suite/Unit Number (if applicable) City State Zip Code
Here's an example:
John Doe 123 Main Street Apt 101 Anytown CA 12345
Note:
- Use the recipient's name as the first line of the address.
- Include the street address, including any apartment or suite number if applicable.
- Use the city and state abbreviations (e.g. "Anytown, CA") instead of the full city name and state name.
- Use the zip code (5 digits) instead of the full zip code with plus 4 digits.
Some additional tips:
- Make sure to use the correct state abbreviation (e.g. "CA" for California, not "California").
- Use a comma to separate the city and state (e.g. "Anytown, CA", not "Anytown CA").
- Use a space between the street address and the apartment/suite number (e.g. "123 Main Street Apt 101", not "123 MainStreetApt101").
- If the recipient has a PO box, use "PO Box" followed by the box number instead of a street address.
Remember to double-check the address for accuracy before sending any mail!
