Can not sent pdf to my kindle by mail

Frustrating!

There are a few reasons why you might not be able to send a PDF to your Kindle via email. Here are some possible solutions:

  1. Check your Kindle's email address: Make sure you're using the correct email address associated with your Kindle. You can find this address in your Kindle's settings or on Amazon's website.
  2. Verify your email settings: Ensure that your email account is set up correctly on your Kindle. Go to your Kindle's settings, then select "Email" and ensure that your email account is listed and enabled.
  3. Check the file format: Kindle devices can only accept PDF files that are specifically formatted for Kindle. If your PDF file is not in the correct format, it may not be compatible. You can try converting your PDF to a Kindle-compatible format using a tool like Calibre or SmallPDF.
  4. File size limitations: Kindle devices have file size limitations for email attachments. If your PDF file is too large, it may not be able to be sent. You can try splitting your PDF into smaller files or compressing it to reduce its size.
  5. Email attachment size limits: Some email providers have attachment size limits. If your PDF file is too large, it may not be able to be sent via email. You can try splitting your PDF into smaller files or compressing it to reduce its size.
  6. Check your email provider's settings: Some email providers, like Gmail, have specific settings that may prevent large attachments from being sent. You can try enabling large attachment sending or using a third-party email client.
  7. Try using a different email client: If you're using a web-based email client, try using a desktop email client like Outlook or Thunderbird to send the PDF.
  8. Check for any firewall or antivirus software issues: Firewalls or antivirus software may be blocking the email attachment. Try temporarily disabling these programs to see if it resolves the issue.
  9. Contact your email provider's support: If none of the above solutions work, you may want to contact your email provider's support team to see if there are any specific issues with sending large attachments.
  10. Consider using a different method: If you're unable to send the PDF via email, you can try using a different method, such as transferring the file to your Kindle using a USB cable or using a cloud storage service like Dropbox or Google Drive.

I hope these suggestions help you resolve the issue!
